Our kitchen remains 100% gluten-free, with every ingredient, surface, oven, and utensil meticulously maintained to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination. Our goal is to continue what Allyson started: to create gluten free food so delicious that everyone who tastes it asks, "Is this really gluten-free?" Say goodbye to tasteless, dry cardboard. We use the best ingredients, baking each item with love from our family to yours.
We are honored to carry on the legacy Allyson began in 2014. Her journey started when her special needs son was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Determined to provide delicious, gluten-free options for her family, Allyson turned her kitchen into a safe haven, free from gluten and filled with love. Through trial and error, she perfected her recipes, ensuring her family-and eventually, her customers-could enjoy treats that didn't taste gluten-free.
